The Sunset Grove Country Club has one of only two Donald Ross Courses west of the Mississippi River. The 18-hole course features 6,394 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71. The course rating is 70.4 with a slope rating of 117 on Bermuda grass.

The club is only open to USGA members and their guests; however, members from clubs outside the county may contact the Pro Shop at 409.883.9454 regarding reciprocal privileges.
